How to start exercising today!

I was asked by a user who is monitoring her weight and blood pressure how she should start exercising. She is overweight and has made the great decision to begin exercising each day.

Walking is a great exercise to begin with. All you need is some sneakers. But, I also wanted to find some exercises that she could do at home. I came across this video which demonstrates exercises you can do with just your couch! I tried them myself and some, especially the arm ones weren’t as easy as they looked. :)

You don’t need to join an expensive gym to improve your fitness. Following the exercises in the video will make a difference to your fitness if you do them everyday. It’s a great place to start today!
