Support Forum Topic: Repurchase

just wondering…I just downloaded your new version. I had purchased the original one that I have been using for my dr visits (he loves it)…:)…but wonder now if this new one is only a trial and if now I will no longer be able to use it if it is a trial and will I have to repurchase it again….????

    I bought licenses for all 7 products. I loaded it on a computer that went bad. How can I get the key codes so I can use the products on my new computer?

    I too purchased the My Blood Pressure software and had it installed on a computer that has since died and been replaced. How do I go about obtaining another copy? I don’t recall if I purchased it with the e-mail associated with this reply or another e-mail that is no longer valid. If you can reply to the e-mail used in this reply, then I can forward the other e-mail addresses that may have been used to purchase the product. Thanks … John in Evans, GA
