I need my activation code now after redownloading my Blood Glucose to my newly restored pc.

      I just had to have my PC repaired and no longer have MY BG on the desktop. My PC was backed up before they uninstalled and reinstalled my Windows Vista OS. Did I lose all my history? How do I get the program back up and running on my PC?

      Hi Margi,

      Sorry to hear about your computer problems.

      Firstly, I have sent you an email containing instructions on how to redownload My Blood Glucose. The email includes your license and how to install it as well.

      If you have restored your documents (such as photos and word processing documents etc) from the backup, you should find that your My Blood Glucose readings have also been restored.

      Once you have installed the software and license, click on the “Change user” task. You should see your readings listed here.

      If you can not see your readings listed, let me know and I will give you instructions on how to import the readings from your backup.

      PS: I just checked, and I can see that you were also making use of our Online locker backup service, so there is a copy of your datafile in our backup service as a backup backup!

    I am a recent insulin dependent diabetic, i recently purchased the software, however i have been unable to print my glucose readings without the large red stamp across the page, please advise me on how to make this work for me. I did not receive an email comfirmation for my purchase
    Is there anyway to speak with someone about this matter?

      Hi Ed,

      I have not been able to find your order. I have sent an email to you requesting some details which will help me to locate your order. If you have not received that email from me, can you send an email to support@my-health-software.com and I will reply to that.

      Once I can locate your order I will be able to send you out instructions for converting the trial into the full version which removes the red stamp.
