Support Forum Topic: Re-activating license information??
Started by: tgm
Date: March 29, 2009

Just got done replacing my system after a drive crash. I have my old .bac files that were saved but alas the program file was lost along with my original license code.
How do I get a new code or the old one to install MyBP back on my computer??
My email information has stayed the same so back tracking my online purchase should be easy.

Thanks for the support,

Thomas Marino

I have the same problem, although I have my key, the clipboard won’t pick it up to install the key code.
How do I do this manually?? (I have the newest version)

    Thanks!

    Hi Reloader1,

It sounds like you are trying to enter a key for the older version into the new version. There was a change in the format of the keycodes when version 3 was released to make them easier to enter.

I have sent you an email with your license for the new version (version 3) and instructions for installing it.

Let me know if you are still having troubles.
