If you are trying to lose weight, it may not be what you are eating but how much you are eating!

Losing weight involves a lot of things like eating healthy foods and being active. However, it’s easy to forget that the quantity of food may be sabotaging all those good efforts.

Keep in mind our stomachs are about the size of our fist. They keep expanding as we fill them with food. However, if our stomachs expand too much, so will our waist lines!
