My apologies, but it appears that we have had an over active “spam” filter which has incorrectly deleted a number of comments and posts made to the forum over the past few weeks.
Unfortunately we get swamped with up to 100 spam comments a day, and in order to block them from appearing, we run a filter to identify and block them. Unfortunately it has been misbehaving.
If you have left a message here recently and have not had a response, please resubmit it, or if it is a software support question, email it directly to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
