I have been surprised by the amount of evidence that shows the simple and enjoyable task of getting sleep can improve your health! I love my sleep, but know it doesn’t come easy to some. I do recall that when Steve’s blood pressure was extremely high and he ended in hospital he was sleeping only 5-6 hours a night. I hope these studies give you a reason to get an early night tonight. Thanks! Kellie
