Do you mean the icon is missing from the Windows System Tray area (which is next to the Windows clock and contains other icons such as your computer’s volume and network connections etc)?
The first thing to check is that My Blood Pressure is setup to remind you to take a reading. If reminders are off, My Blood Pressure will not put an icon into the System tray. To check this, click on the “Change options” task, and then click on “Reminder”. Make sure the “Remind me to take my blood pressure” checkbox is checked.
The second reason that you may not be seeing the System Tray icon is that the various versions of Windows can hide icons in the System Tray depending on your settings.
If the above suggestion did not help, can you let me know what version of Windows you are running?
