My Blood Pressure

Welcome! … Five years ago my Doctor told me I had high blood pressure (190/100), and asked me to record my readings using a home blood pressure monitor. After a while, I started to skip readings, so I wrote My Blood Pressure (a software program for Windows) to remind me to use the monitor, and track and chart the readings.

Five years on, and My Blood Pressure is now used by many people to help track their blood pressure (and my readings are down to 115/75!).
